In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the sui4d website accessible at sui4d.cam and all associated sub-pages, services, games, and betting products offered thereon.
• "We" / "Us" / "sui4d" means the operator of the sui4d platform.
• "You" / "User" / "Player" means any individual who accesses, browses, or holds a registered account on the Platform.
• "Account" means a registered sui4d user account created in accordance with these Terms.
• "Balance" means the available Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) funds held in your sui4d Account, including any credited bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin credit, or other non-cash incentive credited to your Account pursuant to a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a specified amount must be wagered before a withdrawal of associated Bonus Funds or winnings derived therefrom may be processed.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by sui4d prior to processing withdrawals or in response to specific risk triggers.
• "Restricted Activities" means any conduct prohibited under Clause 8 of these Terms.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default operational timezone of the Platform.

To be eligible to register and maintain a sui4d Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions on an ongoing basis:

1. You are at least 21 years of age.
2. You are a natural person with the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
3. You are accessing the Platform for personal, recreational purposes only and not on behalf of any third party or commercial entity.
4. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of sui4d, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
5. You do not already hold an active or suspended sui4d Account under any name or identity.
6. You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or voluntary ban that would prohibit you from accessing gambling services.
7. You have not been notified by sui4d that your Account has been permanently closed for disciplinary reasons.

sui4d reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable timeframe constitutes grounds for Account suspension.

2.1 Geographic Access

The sui4d platform is designed for and targeted at players in Indonesia. Users in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local statute access the Platform at their own legal risk. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. sui4d makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use outside Indonesia.

3.1 Registration Requirements

To register a sui4d Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Indonesian mobile number. You warrant that all information provided at registration and thereafter is truthful and not misleading.

3.2 One Account per Person

Each individual may hold only one sui4d Account. If sui4d determines that a person holds more than one Account — whether under the same or different names — sui4d reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation, and forfeit any Bonus Funds contained in those Accounts. Real-money deposits may be returned at sui4d's discretion following investigation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted under your Account credentials is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorised by you. If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify sui4d support immediately via live chat or by email at [email protected].

3.4 Account Currency

All sui4d Accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits are credited in IDR, bets are placed in IDR, winnings are calculated in IDR, and withdrawals are processed in IDR. No foreign currency conversion is applied by the Platform.

sui4d operates a KYC programme to verify the identity and age of all account holders. Verification may be required at the time of Account registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or at any point sui4d considers necessary for risk management or compliance purposes.

4.1 Documents Required

sui4d may request one or more of the following documents to complete KYC:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (national identity card, passport, or driver's licence).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a bank statement confirming ownership of a BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri account used for deposits).
• A selfie photograph holding the identity document, if requested.

4.2 Verification Timelines

sui4d will use reasonable efforts to complete KYC review within 24–48 hours of receiving all required documents. Withdrawals may be held pending successful verification. If verification cannot be completed due to insufficient or inconsistent documentation, sui4d may decline the withdrawal request until the matter is resolved.

4.3 Ongoing Verification

sui4d may request updated documentation at any time during the lifetime of your Account. Failure to comply with a KYC request within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension until the request is satisfied.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment channels are available to sui4d account holders:

Processing times stated above are targets under normal operating conditions and are not contractual guarantees. Extended processing may occur during periods of high transaction volume, system maintenance, or when additional KYC verification is required.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Amounts

The minimum first deposit is Rp 25.000. Minimum subsequent deposits and minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your Account dashboard and may vary by payment channel. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and are disclosed in the cashier for each channel.

5.3 Deposit Ownership

Deposits must be made from payment accounts owned by the Account holder. Third-party deposits are prohibited. Any deposit received from a payment method that does not belong to the verified Account holder may be reversed and the associated Account suspended pending investigation.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name. Any outstanding Wagering Requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be satisfied before a withdrawal of the associated winnings can be processed. Withdrawals requested during an active cooling-off period or self-exclusion are processed for real-money funds only; Bonus Funds are forfeited in such circumstances.

5.5 Transaction Fees

sui4d does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges; sui4d has no control over and no liability for third-party fees.

sui4d offers promotions to eligible account holders from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal campaigns aligned with the Indonesian calendar (including Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, Imlek, and national holidays). The following general terms apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

1. Eligibility: Promotions are available only to account holders who meet the specific eligibility criteria stated in the promotion terms. Age, registration date, payment method, and geographic conditions may apply.
2. Opt-In: Where a promotion requires opt-in, you must actively claim the promotion from the cashier or promotions section before completing the qualifying deposit or action. Retroactive opt-in is not available.
3. Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement stated in the specific promotion terms. Until the Wagering Requirement is met, Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn. The Wagering Requirement multiplier and eligible games are stated per promotion.

6. One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus may be held per Account at any time, unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
7. Abuse Prevention: sui4d reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or claw back any Bonus Funds if it determines, in its sole reasonable discretion, that a bonus has been claimed in bad faith, by exploiting an error, through coordinated play, or in violation of these Terms.
8. No Cash Value: Bonus Funds have no cash value until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied and the resulting real-money balance has passed any applicable KYC checks.

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the sui4d sportsbook and casino are subject to the specific rules governing that market, game type, or studio. By placing a bet you confirm that you have reviewed the applicable rules and accept them. Bets are final once confirmed and may not be cancelled except where explicitly stated in the relevant game or market rules.

7.2 Sportsbook

7.3 Casino & Live Casino

7.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits for each game, market, and product are displayed at the point of bet placement. sui4d reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual accounts or markets without prior notice, including in response to unusual betting patterns or risk management requirements.

7.5 System Errors and Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during an active game session or bet, sui4d will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore the game state and credit any determinable winnings. Where a game outcome cannot be determined due to a technical failure on the studio's side, the wager may be voided and the stake returned. sui4d's decision in such circumstances, made in consultation with the relevant studio, is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sui4d platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and/or legal action:

• Registering more than one Account or registering an Account using false identity information.
• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using the Platform on behalf of a third party or allowing another person to use your Account.
• Depositing funds derived from unlawful activity, including but not limited to proceeds of fraud, money laundering, or theft.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, glitches, or malfunctions in any game or platform feature for financial gain.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to interact with any game or betting market.
• Coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms, bonus structures, or betting markets in bad faith (including "bonus hunting", "arbitrage abuse", or "matched betting" using Platform promotions).
• Engaging in any form of fraud, misrepresentation, or deception in connection with your Account, any transaction, or any claim made to sui4d.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing sui4d staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, another user's Account, or sui4d's infrastructure.

9.1 Suspension by sui4d

sui4d may suspend or restrict your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if: (a) you are suspected of engaging in any Restricted Activity; (b) we are required to do so for compliance, legal, or regulatory reasons; (c) we have reasonable grounds to believe your Account has been accessed without authorisation; or (d) KYC documents have been requested and not provided within the stipulated timeframe.

9.2 Closure by sui4d

Following investigation, sui4d may permanently close an Account and withhold the balance where it determines a Restricted Activity has taken place. Where a closure results from verified fraud or misrepresentation, no refund of deposited funds is guaranteed. Where a closure results from KYC non-compliance without underlying fraud, deposited funds (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned after deducting any outstanding liabilities.

9.3 Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your sui4d Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Closure requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to a verified payment method in your name. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary closure.

9.4 Reactivation

Accounts closed voluntarily for reasons other than self-exclusion may be reactivated upon written request, subject to re-completion of any required KYC steps. Accounts closed as a result of a disciplinary investigation or confirmed Restricted Activity will not be reactivated.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sui4d's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your Account, or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

sui4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising from contract, tort, or any other cause, even if sui4d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

sui4d does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to and use of the Platform is at your own risk. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security software on any device used to access the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits sui4d's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

sui4d collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, accessible at sui4d.cam/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.

In the event of any dispute between you and sui4d, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith direct negotiation. Nothing in this clause prevents sui4d from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
